If you are like me coaching is something you have always thought about but never actually taken the time to do. Often the value of an activity or a practice is never appreciated until time has been taken to invest in the activity or practice. For me that activity is coaching. Spending ten weeks with Kim has completely sold me on its value. I cannot express the value of how having a dialog with someone who asks the right questions and helps you to think through a process. I am sold, I will never go again without coaching.
